Ready-to-Wear

All confirmed ready-to-wear purchases are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Every garment is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the quality of its construction, finishing, and handcrafted details.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour, and design before confirming your order. Our team will be happy to assist you with sizing whenever needed.

Due to differences in lighting and screen settings, colours may appear slightly different from the actual garment. Such variations are not considered a product defect.

Made-to-Order

Selected designs are made especially for you based on the measurements confirmed at the time of ordering.

Once measurements and final details have been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified, as the garment has entered its dedicated production stage.

Made-to-order garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Due to the nature of hand embroidery and handcrafted details, slight variations in placement or finishing may occur from one garment to another. These variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship and contribute to the individuality and character of each piece. They are not considered defects.

Alterations & Fit

Available alterations are limited to size and fit adjustments only and are subject to the technical feasibility of each garment.

Alterations do not include changes to the original design, including the cut, sleeve shape, neckline, embroidery, or other design details, unless agreed upon prior to production.

For garments made to specific measurements, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Our team will be happy to guide you on how to take your measurements correctly.

The possibility of alterations may vary depending on the fabric, construction, embroidery, and handcrafted details of each garment.

Quality & Handcrafted Details

Garments featuring embroidery or handcrafted details are made with exceptional care. Slight variations in the details may naturally occur from one piece to another.

Such variations are inherent to handcrafted work and are part of the uniqueness and artisanal value of each garment. They are not considered manufacturing defects.

Every garment is carefully reviewed before delivery to ensure the quality of its craftsmanship and finishing.

Quality & Manufacturing Defects

If you receive your garment with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs showing the garment and the issue.

Once the case has been reviewed and the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, an appropriate resolution will be provided based on the nature of the issue.

Manufacturing defect claims do not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect washing or care, alterations performed by a third party, improper storage, or mishandling of the garment.

Order Confirmation & Payment

Production of made-to-order garments will only begin once the order has been confirmed and the agreed payment has been completed.

Once measurements and final details have been approved and production has commenced, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-modifiable.

Any special requests or additional details must be communicated before the order is confirmed, allowing us to confirm feasibility and any applicable additional charges.

Garment Care

Care instructions vary depending on the fabric, embroidery, and handcrafted details used in each garment.

We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided with your garment to preserve the quality of the fabric and the beauty of its details.

Certain garments may require dry cleaning or specialised care, particularly those featuring hand embroidery or delicate fabrics.
